Uniquely positioned in the heart of San Diego, at the intersection of Prospect and Girard in Downtown La Jolla, the Oppenheim Group’s newest office sits just a stone's throw from the ocean. Drawing inspiration from the iconic, original Los Angeles office, this meticulously designed space reflects the classic elegance that has become synonymous with the luxury brokerage. In fact, some of the recognizable furniture, such as the Aviator Wing agent desks and Rove Concepts designer couches and chairs, have found their place in this new office. White-tiled walls and natural wood flooring create an ambiance of warmth and subtlety. Authentic pieces from around the world adorn the walls and shelves, including a Parisian clock from the 1830s, as well as numerous European antique books, and vintage art deco and mid-century radios. A coffee cart, plush seating, and an Oppenheim Group Harley Davidson motorcycle can be seen as you enter the office, and a fully functioning bar and an angular 11 Ravens pool table and dart board can be found near the back of the office, infusing the atmosphere with a playful touch. A complete vinyl DJ set-up is ready for any event or a casual happy hour. Thoughtfully placed succulents lend a touch of greenery throughout the open space. The luxurious furniture, curated artwork, and La Jolla Village view create an environment that seamlessly combines modern elegance and industrial charm.
