About Hannah Van Horn Office/Marketing Manager

Central California native turned Corona Del Mar Local, Hannah, joins The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County offices as the Office and Marketing Manager. After earning 2 Degrees from Long Beach State University; one in business management and the other in operations and supply chain management; she dove head first into the world of real estate and hasn’t looked back since.

By leveraging her business-centric education and innate ability to identify inefficiencies and optimize internal systems, Hannah achieved early career success and played a critical role in scaling traditional real estate investment firms and vacation rental companies. With her guidance, she led such teams to accomplish goals in increasing management portfolios and creating/implementing systems to maximize their efficiency and customer service.

Present Hannah with a challenge deemed too intimidating by most and she will tackle it without hesitation - this is said for not only her professional life, but also her personal one. She has visited many countries across six continents while participating in Asset Based Community Development programs where they do sustainable construction projects for communities in need, She also taught math and english to children and young adults in Thailand, South Africa, and Tanzania. She has hiked Mt Kilimanjaro, the tallest free standing mountain in the world, and has most recently hiked the national parks of Patagonia. When staying local, you can find Hannah taking walks in her neighborhood, or at her favorite Newport Beach yoga, and Pilates studio.
